1. Who runs this site

This website is run by Józef Batko, trading as Orpheline, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). Splot is the trading name under which that business offers managed clothing production. There is no separate Splot company: every quotation, contract and invoice sits with the business named here.

The business is not a registered VAT payer. It is exempt under art. 113(1) of the Polish Act on Goods and Services Tax, so invoices are issued without VAT and the price quoted is the price paid.

3. What is published here

Prices, lead times and minimum quantities shown on this site are indicative. They describe a typical order and are not an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. A binding price and a binding lead time exist only in a written quotation issued for a specific order.

We prepare the content of this site with care, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. Nothing published here is legal, tax or technical advice.

4. Photographs and product examples

Photographs on this site show production, materials and finished garments. Unless stated otherwise they are illustrative and do not depict a particular client's order. Colour on a screen is not a colour reference. Dye lots vary and a fabric behaves differently in the hand, which is why we send physical swatches before sampling and why an approved physical sample, not an image, is the standard your order is made to.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not run, we have no control over its content and take no responsibility for it. You open it at your own risk, and that site's own terms and privacy policy apply to you there.

6. Copyright and trademarks

The text, photographs, layout, code and design of this site belong to Józef Batko (Orpheline) or to the rights holders named beside them. Beyond ordinary use of a website, they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published without written permission.

Client names, logos and artwork that appear on this site remain the property of their owners and are shown with their permission.

8. Reporting a problem with this site

If something here is wrong, out of date, or infringes your rights, write to hello@usesplot.com with the address of the page and what the problem is. We look at every report and correct what needs correcting.

9. Language and governing law

This notice is published in Polish and in English. The English text is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Polish version prevails. Polish law applies.
