Most factories won't show you a price.
We publish ours. All prices come from actual quotes taken from current suppliers.
What is in the price, and what moves it.
50 hoodies at €21.90 each is €1,095.00. That is the delivered figure, with no VAT to add and nothing else to arrange.
Always included
- Finding and vetting the factory, negotiating it, and managing it
- A sample, with its cost credited on the order
- Inline and final quality inspection
- Delivery to your door inside the EU
- One contact for the whole order
What moves it
- Premium or certified fibres, which run about 25% more
- Quantity, which is the table above
- Finishing: print, embroidery, woven labels, packaging
- How complicated the garment is to build
- Supplying your own fabric, which brings it down
The rest of what you are agreeing to.
The price above is one number in a deal. These are the others, in short. All of them are in the terms and conditions in full.
A quote holds for 14 days
After that we may reprice, because material costs move.
Paid in full before production
The full order value is payable before production begins, whatever the size of the order.
Samples are invoiced separately
A sample is quoted and paid for on its own. It is not a deposit against the production order unless the quotation says it is.
Delivery within the EU is on us
CPT to the address in the quotation: we arrange the transport and we carry its cost.
Counts run to a tolerance
Up to 10% over or under on runs of 25 to 99 pieces, 5% on 100 or more. You pay for the pieces actually delivered.
3 days to raise what you can see
Anything visible on delivery, in writing within 3 days. A fault you could not have seen then, within 14 days.
Everything here is a summary. The terms and conditions are what actually binds, and they win wherever the two differ.
